Bereich IT f\u00fcr den Raum Essen.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgaben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selbstst\u00e4ndige Analyse von Qualit\u00e4tsproblemen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Betreuung und Support von Kunden und interne Kollegen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Eigenst\u00e4ndige Bearbeitung von Tickets und Verfolgung in internen Systemen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wartung und Pflege unserer Selfservice-Systeme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Aktive Beteiligung an neuen Entwicklungen bereits in einer fr\u00fchen Phase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Voraussetzungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder Studium in Fachinformatik oder vergleichbar mit mehrj\u00e4hriger Berufserfahrung<\/li>\n<li>Augurate IT-Affinit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere in Netzwerken<\/li>\n<li>Neugierde und Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue und komplexe Softwareprodukte<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e4t und Selbstorganisation f\u00fcr eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten<\/li>\n<li>Sehr gute Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten in deutscher Sprache sowie
