For recruiters, this is a cultural shift toward fair and transparent pay, and equal pay for equal work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thesrgroup.com\/\">The SR Group<\/a>, we see this as an initiative to elevate the recruitment industry. Germany\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/en\/gender-pay-gap-in-germany-women-earn-18-less-than-men\/a-68022521\">unadjusted gender pay gap stands at 18%<\/a> while the adjusted gap is around 6%.
