Philipp is the Head of our Interim offering and is based in Düsseldorf. He is responsible for building the Keller West brand across Northern Germany. Following a deep desire for a career change, Philipp started his career in recruitment in 2013 after a 15-year career in marketing. He built up his experience at one of the world’s largest recruitment organisations, for whom he built the marketing and digital interim desk and developed it into one of the most successful and fastest-growing business units. Philipp then went on to join the company’s Shanghai office where he led the marketing, sales, professional services and education desks. Returning to Germany, Philipp joined a domestic recruitment agency where he first built up the interim business in the Cologne office and later took responsibility for successfully leading and restructuring the nationwide interim business for the company before he joined another global recruitment firm. As Executive Vice President, he has been a member of the German Board and was responsible for the nationwide interim business across all of the group’s brands. Philipp prides himself in customer centricity while always striving to deliver best-in-class service and quality.  He has vast experience and a deep understanding of interim recruitment, technology and digital.
